Problem to be Solved: Auto shop had an existing epoxy coating that had failed. There was damage to the concrete due to inadequate protection.
Unique Characteristics: The mixing was preformed outside and above normal temperatures causing the epoxy to cure at a faster rate.
Solution: KOSTER provided a complete flooring system to withstand chemical spills, impact, and UV exposure
Installation Details: Concrete was shot-blasted to ICRI CSP 3 profile. KOSTER UC 100 was then installed followed by KOSTER MPE-Color with a Natural Quartz broadcast. The system was sealed with a coat of KOSTER MPE-Color and Top Coated with KOSTER UTC for durability and UV Resistance.
